A rich source of Omega-9 and antioxidants, this oil is low in saturated fats, making it a healthy choice when cooking. Mildly sweet with a delicate nutty flavor, it is the perfect component when creating dressings for salads, roasted vegetables or marinades for meats. PAIRING SUGGESTIONS: With its high heat capacity of 430 degrees F, our Roasted Hazelnut oil is especially versatile as a cooking oil, as well as a finishing oil.
