White balsamic vinegar is made from the juice of just-harvested white grapes (typically, Trebbiano grapes) boiled down to approximately 30% of its original volume to create a concentrate (or must), and it has been made in Modena and Reggio Emilia, Italy, since the Middle Ages.
Our Premium White Balsamic have the sweetness characteristic of balsamic vinegar and some of the tartness and consistency of white wine vinegar. Light amber in color make this an ideal choice for use in salad where the qualities of balsamic are desired.
For a robost and sensational treat combine this vinegar with our Italian Organic Irana or Ravece extra virgin olive oils. It is a perfect choice for red meat, roasts and game as well as seafoods or poultry. Fantastic solution to garnishing your desserts.
For healthy & refreshing tonic add it to a glass of sparkling water or shaved ice.
