HIGH QUALITY BALSAMIC VINEGARS,
White balsamic vinegar are made by blending fine white wine vinegar with young traditional balsamic vinegar. Our barrel aged, all natural white balsamic have the sweetness characteristic of balsamic vinegar and some of the tartness and consistency of white wine vinegar. Light amber in color, our white balsamic are ideal for use in salads where the qualities of balsamic are desired, but the dark brown color of a traditional balsamic is not.

Part of our Signature Collection, our barrel aged Mango White Balsamic Vinegar is made exclusively for OO&B. Handcrafted in Italy this rare balsamic will add a hint of the tropics to any meal. It has a complex bouquet that shines in a multitude of culinary applications. The best premium quality Mango juice meets our white condiment, giving life to this delightful fruity, bittersweet Italian elixir.

PAIRING SUGGESTIONS:
Pair with our Italian Ravece or Cerasuola extra virgin olive oils. Use this vinegar to dress vegetable or fruit salads, in a marinade, as a glaze for poultry or with gelatin for delicious fruit aspic or even a mixed drink! Add this vinegar to a glass of sparkling water or shaved ice for a delicious and refreshing treat! Shrimp or Lobster will taste heavenly when you use our reserve Mango white baslamic.

This product is top-of-the-line. I’ve tried others, and they do not have the mouth real nor the taste. This is very smooth and is perfect on salads, chicken or fruit. Works as a dressing or dipping. Sauce. Is absolutely worth the price. Delivery was fast and efficient. Won’t buy any other brand.
