HIGH QUALITY ARTISANAL PASTAS,
CROXETTI, The catchy three dimensionality of this pasta makes it a favorite among customers. On one side is the coat of arms of the area where this is made, near Genova. The other side features a stalk of wheat, a selected variety making this Ligurian specialty one of the best pastas we've ever tasted. Dumpling-like quality makes it ideal for any creamy sauce like Pesto alla Genovese.

Recipe : Groxetti with walnut or pesto sauce,
Ingredients : for 4 people
500GM Croxetti Pasta | 150GM Fresh Cream | 70GM Walnut | Our Ligurian Basil Pesto
40GM Butter| Ground Nutmeg | 4Tbs of our Noccellara Extra Virgin Olive Oil | Salt & Pepper
Preparation 10 Min
Mill the walnut kernels with nutmeg, cream, and butter, season with salt & pepper
Cook the pasta in lightly salted water for 7-9 min and drain when al dente.
Dress with the prepared sauce plus 5 spoonful of our Ligurian basil pesto.
If it seems too dry, add a few spoonful of the pasta cooking water.
This pasta is perfect served with a light sprinkling of breadcrumbs flavored with a little butter!
