We think our Spugnole are the perfect match for any kind of tomato-based sauce. Their frilly edges and swirls will swell once they're cooked, making them capture and hold onto any sauce, like our spicy Arrabbiata or classic Tomato Basil, especially well. All they need then are a finishing drizzle of some of our Italian Organic Leccino extra virgin olive oil to finish the dish.
