An infused salt that deftly incorporates super fruit berries, and Italian digestive herbs and spices like juniper, fennel, and cardamom to bring pleasant aromatics to red meats and venison. It blended beautifully in favorite dressings or sauces and is an excellent salt for pies and cobblers, and for finishing chocolate desserts. Mixed dried berries (blueberry, strawberry, cherry, Goji berry) fennel, beet juice anise ginger cardamom sweet red pepper, juniper, curry and star anis.
PAIRING SUGGESTIONS:
Our Sea Salt is ideal on our Stringozzi pasta with some of our organic crushed Meyer Lemon extra virgin olive oil, or simply on steamed cauliflower with a drizzle of our Italian Tonda Iblea extra virgin olive oil. It is great to use when curing seafood, adding lots of flavor and aroma! Our Sea Salt is also a fabulous addition to Caesar-style salad dressings, enhancing the taste and adding complex flavors and aromas.
