Meaux Pommery Mustard has been served at the tables of French kings since 1632 and made by the Pommery family according to a closely-guarded secret family recipe since 1760. The Mustards are made in Beaune, France near Dijon, where seeds are selected for their high quality and are then ground in a traditional stone mill.
Deliciously grainy and slight nutty in flavor, this all-natural mustard is preferred by fine chefs worldwide.
PAIRING SUGGESTIONS: This Grain Mustard is sure to become a staple in your pantry! It can be used in so many delicious applications - try mixing it with a finer mustard (like our Mustard with Espelette Chili), extra virgin olive oil (we love our Spanish Organic Picual or Italian Tonda Iblea Reserve), finely chopped fresh rosemary, basil and thyme, salt and pepper, and spread over salmon filets to broil in the oven. Our Pommery Grain Mustard also makes a delicious condiment for sandwiches of all sorts, from a grilled cheese to a club sandwich to a roast beef sandwich.
