Our humorous Monnezzaglia mix is from the leftovers of Marella's pasta production, with a multitude of pasta shapes and colors derived from natural ingredients (spinach, beetroot, paprika). The natural vegetables dyes ensure that the different shapes all maintain their gorgeous rainbow colors even after cooking, making it a visual feast for the senses!
Our Monnezzaglia pasta makes a great meal for kids and adults alike! We love to show off all of their beautiful shapes and colors, so we think just a splash or extra virgin olive oil is all it takes. We especially love our Italian Carpellese extra virgin olive oil here, along with a sprinkle of Parmigian-Reggiano cheese and fresh basil. To turn it into a show-stopping pasta salad, use our Organic Crushed Whole Fruit Meyer Lemon extra virgin olive oil, and add shrimp or chicken and springtime vegetables.
