Harvested from Chestnut groves in Umbria, Wild truffle flakes and truffle extract are blended with cremini mushrooms and extra virgin olive oil to create a balanced, decadent and earthy truffle sauce. Use as a ready to serve pasta sauce, or 1 tablespoon to baste turkey or chicken, add to your omelet, or simply on crostini or bruschetta. Made by Fattoria Umbra in Marsciano, Umbria, where black truffle is found. Paring Suggestion: Use straight over pasta, especially Stringozzi Umbri (see White Pasta section), rice, eggs, or bread.
