Manzanillo is one of Spain's finest varieties. Due to its productivity and high quality fruit, it is the most widespread variety in the world. Today's Manzanillo olives are descended from Spain's Manzanilla de Sevilla olives.

 

A gold-medal winner from California, our Manzanillo Sweet Reserve extra virgin olive oil is well-balanced, smooth and versatile with a strong olive flavor. It boasts a rich, abundant, green color--a celebrated characteristic of the fall harvest varieties. Its flavor is milder, fruitier, and less grassy than our Manzanillo Early Harvest, and it is an excellent choice for hearty vegetables, soups and stews.
