Torrone is traditionally made with the same staple of ingredients (egg whites, sugar, honey and nuts), and varies slightly from region to region. This delicious example features rich Sicilian pistachios and has a soft, silky consistency. The addition of chocolate helps to round out the flavors and adds a hint of rich cocoa sweetness.
