Made exclusively by Marella, the best pasta makers in the world from Puglia, this pasta is extruded through bronze dyes and dried at low temperatures for days. Only the finest, local, Certified Organic ingredients are used, ensuring a delectable taste and great texture. PAIRING SUGGESTIONS: Our Trottoloni scream to be served with any tomato-based sauce! We love it with everything from our classic Tomato Basil Sauce to our Pesto alla Genovese. A finishing drizzle of our Organic Red Hot Pepperoncini extra virgin olive oil gives a delicious, spicy final touch. Our Trottoloni are just as delicious with some of our Italian Ravece Rotondela extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil and a dusting of Pecorino cheese, really letting their whimsical shape shine through. However you prepare them, you are sure to enjoy!
