Our Trottoloni scream to be served with any tomato-based sauce! We love it with everything from our classic Tomato Basil Sauce to our Pesto alla Genovese. A finishing drizzle of our Organic Red Hot Pepperoncini extra virgin olive oil gives a delicious, spicy final touch. Our Trottoloni are just as delicious with some of our Italian Ravece Rotondela extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil and a dusting of Pecorino cheese, really letting their whimsical shape shine through.
