There may be a whole lot of ready-to-serve tomato sauces in gigantic jars for just a few bucks out there, but we still haven't found any that are as good as our line of tomato sauces. Open the lid on this Tomato Basil one, and it's like walking into a field of tomato and basil plants. Tomatoes that are grown in the rural area of Campania in southern Italy are cooked with sweet Italian basil to give this sauce delicious, refreshing flavor. You will receive our new packaging.

Our Tomato Basil Sauce is a classic. It can be used with any type of pasta, at any time of day and with any type of dish. Some of our favorite pasta shapes for this delicious sauce are our Ziti or Paccheri; their shape makes them perfect vessels for holding this fragrant sauce. For those who are gluten-free (or just watching their gluten intake), we love the Tomato Basil Sauce with our Gluten-Free Il Macchiaiolo Corn Fusilli Pasta, as their frills and curves are also perfect for holding sauce. Finish with a drizzle of really good extra virgin olive oil (like our Italian Caninese or fresh basil leaves and Parmigiano-Reggiano for a truly authentic Italian meal.
