A couple of weeks ago, while wandering along Marine Avenue on Balboa, I randomly went into Olive Oil & Beyond. The owner immediately approached me. He offered me a small cup with a tiny bit of reddish liquid in it. "Taste it," he said. I did so, smiled broadly, and said, "Sold!" I bought a bottle of it -- the Cranberry & Pear White Balsamic -- brought it home, and proceeded to delight my family with salads dressed solely with this vinegar. We polished off the first bottle in record time, so I went to the store's website and ordered two more bottles. I know I will order more as soon as we finish these two bottles.
