Our beautiful Linguine Arcobaleno (Rainbow Linguine) are produced by the master pasta makers at the Marella factory in Puglia, Italy. There, they have elevated the art of pasta making to another level entirely. Only the finest, local Certified Organic ingredients are used, and since the colors are naturally derived from plant dyes (spinach, beetroot, paprika, tomato), the colors remain just as vibrant after cooking as they do in the bag!

PAIRING SUGGESTIONS:
We love to show off the gorgeous rainbow colors of our Linguine Arcobaleno, so we love to serve them simply with extra virgin olive oil and perhaps a sprinkling of Parmigiano-Reggiano. Our classic Italian Dolce Agogia extra virgin is a perfect fit here; some fresh basil leaves and cracked black pepper is all else that is needed. For a lighter, more summery taste, drizzle our Organic Crushed Whole Fruit Lime extra virgin olive oil and add grilled shrimp and fresh basil.
