Balsamic vinegar is made from the juice of just-harvested white grapes (typically, Trebbiano grapes) boiled down to approximately 30% of its original volume to create a concentrate (or must), and it has been made in Modena and Reggio Emilia, Italy, since the Middle Ages.
Part of our signature collection, hand crafted from the finest regional raw honey and our reserve white balsamic. Our Premium White Balsamic are made by blending the finest white wine vinegar with young traditional balsamic vinegar. Light amber in color make this an ideal choice for all varieties of greens to warm salads.
