These divine artichoke hearts, prepared from freshly grown Italian artichokes, are probably the best you will ever taste. They are made in the area of the village of Cori, south of Rome; they are harvested, grilled over a wood-burning fire and marinated in herbs and olive oil. Firm and tasty like no other, these tender hearts have exquisite flavor - just like eating them at home in Italy!
PAIRING SUGGESTIONS: We love our Grilled Artichoke Hearts in antipasti platters! Serve them alongside our other grilled vegetables (Bell Peppers, Mushrooms, Fennel), along with prosciutto, olives, bread sticks and cheese.
