Our all natural, NON GMO Cuori " HEART "Pasta is a fun, heart-shaped pasta that is hand-made by the Marella pasta factory in Puglia, Italy. The artisans there use only Certified Organic durum wheat and vegetables (beetroot, turmeric, paprika and spinach) to produce an exceptional tasting pasta that expands when it is cooked and maintains its beautiful shape. With its fun heart shape, our Cuori Pasta has become a favorite with kids and grown-ups alike!
Because of its gorgeous bright colors that remain even after cooking, we love our Cuori Pasta simply with extra virgin olive oil to let the colors and the shape shine through. After cooking, drizzle with our Organic Crushed Tuscan Herbs extra virgin olive oil and dust with some of your favorite cheese-- dinner is ready! Its heart shape also makes it part of the perfect dinner with your special someone; a drizzle of our White Truffle Infused extra virgin olive oil is all you need for an elegant finish.

Ingredients: For 4 people
Heart Pasta with Smoked Salmon or Swordfish
400 GM Heart Pasta | 200 GM swordfish or 200 GM Smoked Salmon | 3 Cloves of Garlic |
50ML of our Hojiblanca or Herbs de Provence Olive Oil | 2 pinch of Chili powder | 2 tbs chopped parsley | Salt
Chopped up the fish, Skillet in a medium heat, Add the oil and the Garlic, Cook slowly until it starts to color.
Then add the Swordfish or Smoked Salmon and stir for couple of minutes followed by adding the chili and the parsley.
Cook for further 2 minutes and season with salt to taste.
Cook the pasta in large pan of lightly salted boiling water for 11-12 minutes and drain when al dente.
Toss the pasta in the prepared sauces, add shaved Parmigiano plus pinch of black pepper as you wish and serve.
