White balsamic vinegar is made from the juice of just-harvested white grapes (typically, Trebbiano grapes) boiled down to approximately 30% of its original volume to create a concentrate (or must), and it has been made in Modena and Reggio Emilia, Italy, since the Middle Ages.
Part of the Signature Collection is our Apple White Balsamic Reserve. It is hand-crafted in Italy from the finest raw materials and made exclusively for OO&B. It is guaranteed to bring a hint of fall to any meal year round.
Pair this vinegar with our Italian Casaliva or Itrana extra virgin olive oils to make a light and refreshing dressing for raw vegetables.
This White Balsamic is delightful with first courses, soufflés, and rice dishes, a perfect accompaniment to game and pork dishes.
