Description   Our Traditional Squid Ink Pasta is a thin-cut tagliolini pasta with a "deep sea" green hue, due to the addition of dehydrated squid ink. A centuries-old Mediterranean favorite, the addition of squid ink not only gives the pasta its enticingly black color, but also adds a delicious seafood flavor. This is a favorite among the islands of Italy, especially Sardegna. PAIRING SUGGESTIONS: Our Traditional Squid Ink Pasta is the ideal seafood pasta - use it with sauteed seafood, cherry tomatoes and a drizzle of our Organic Crushed Red Grapefruit extra virgin olive oil. Of course, it also makes a great accompaniment to both red and white sauces alike; we are especially fond of it with our Arrabbiata or Puttanesca tomato-based sauces.
