Our Chiocciole, or shell-shaped pasta, is a classic Italian shape that is both versatile and fun. Extruded and dried traditionally by the pasta experts at the Marella factory in Puglia, the result is a pasta that is full of flavor and perfectly cooked when served. As they only use the highest quality, local, Certified Organic ingredients in their pastas, you can be sure that both quality and taste are superb.
The lovely curved shape of our Chiocciole makes them the perfect accompaniment to any type of sauce. From fiery Arrabbiata to luxurious, creamy Alfredo, the Chiocciole make the perfect compliment. All that is needed is a drizzle of some of our premium White or Black Truffle infused extra virgin olive oil to really round out the flavors.
