The salt in this unique blend comes from salt pans created on the Adriatic coast of Italy, in Cervia, from 965AD. Little known in the U.S., Cervian sea salt is know for its sweetness (that is, its absence of bitter minerals), and so it is excellent for finishing foods. The addition of various edible flowers makes this sea salt blend beautifully aromatic and a unique choice for your cooking.
