FLAVOR PROFILE: The Moresca variety allows producing moderately fruity oil that presents interesting scents of grass and or myrtle leaf .The pleasant taste of green tomato is persistent and distinguishing. It is predominantly sweet but is accompanied by distinctive bitter and spicy hints.
