Description   Lingua di Suocera Pasta means in English "Mother-in-Law's Tongues Pasta," and this brightly colored ribbon pasta is meant to celebrate them! Created by the amazing artisan pasta makers at Marella in Puglia, Italy, this pasta is not only beautiful to look at but is also some of the best-tasting pasta we have ever come across. Marella uses only Certified Organic, local ingredients in their pastas, and they use vegetable dyes (spinach, beetroot, tomato, paprika) to ensure the colors remain vibrant even after being cooked. The name may be debatable, depending on your relationship with your mother-in-law, but everyone can agree that it is a gorgeous and delicious pasta! The wide ribbons are 18 inches long and twisted with a serrated edge. PAIRING SUGGESTIONS: We love to show off the vibrant colors and the beautiful texture of our Lingua di Suocera ribbons, so we love to cook them up and dress them simply with extra virgin olive oil.
