Our Gluten-Free Il Macchiaiolo Corn Fusilli Pasta is a delicious alternative to wheat pasta. Made from 100% corn flour, it is completely gluten-free and full of flavor. We love to use our Il Macchiaiolo Corn Fusilli Pasta anywhere we would a fusilli-shaped wheat pasta as a healthy alternative. The spiral shape means that it will hold any kind of sauce extremely well. We love this shape with any kind of meat or tomato sauce; finish with a drizzle of our Spanish Arbequina extra virgin olive oil and a shaving of Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese to round out the full flavors.
