FLAVOR PROFILE:
Avocado oil has become extremely popular among chefs due to its unusually high smoke point of 491 degrees F+ allowing for versatility in cooking. Its light, slightly nutty flavor and buttery texture makes for a versatile oil. Avocado oil whisked with a White Balsamic vinegar can perk up any salad or dish of roasted vegetables due to the richness of the Avocado oil.
PAIRING SUGGESTIONS:
This treasure is wonderful as a finishing oil - drizzle over grilled fennel, pan-seared Dover sole, or butternut squash soup. Make Dukkah (an Egyptian dipping sauce) by mixing our Avocado Oil with a blend of ground pistachios, hazelnuts, sesame seeds, coriander, cumin and a pinch of sugar.
Avocado oil is also included in various lip balms and skin care products, and can be used as a massage oil. Experiment with it as a nighttime moisturizer for your face and body.
