Red Pepper Sauce used to be called Hot Sauce, Piccantina in Italian. Today's Red Pepper sauce is barely hot but still has a kick, and it is one of our and our customers' favorite sauces. Absolutely delicious and well balanced flavor between all the (organically) grown vegetables makes this a winner for all palates. Fattoria Umbra also has a very nice extra virgin olive oil that really helps make all their sauces.

Add directly to pasta, eggs, meat, or bread. Or use to add flavor to a homemade tomato sauce.
