Picual is the most important olive variety in the world and is the most widely cultivated variety in Spain. From a chemical viewpoint, these oils are excellent due to the composition of fatty acids and the abundant presence of natural antioxidants. Our Certified Organic version of the Picual is estate-grown (with PP 754) and was produced in an award-winning mill in Spain.
