HIGH QUALITY BALSAMIC VINEGARS,
White balsamic vinegars are made by blending fine white wine vinegar
with young traditional balsamic vinegar. Our premium, all natural white balsamic have
the sweetness characteristic of balsamic vinegar and some of the
tartness and consistency of white wine vinegar. Light amber in color,
our white balsamic are ideal for use in salads where the qualities of
balsamic are desired, but the dark brown color of a traditional balsamic
is not. The love and dedication that goes into producing this exquisite example of balsamic vinegar has led to its P.G.I certification, which stands for Protected Geographical Indication; it is a high honor in the country with some of the world's highest standards for its food products. A P.G.I. certification ensures that the balsamic vinegar is made according to traditional, time-honored methods, using only approved ingredients and is produced in Modena and Reggio Emilia, Italy. This certification stands for exceptional quality and a deep love for producing only the finest traditional balsamic vinegars in the world.
Our barrel aged, Summer Peach White Balsamic is perhaps our most popular white balsamic. When we offer it to people for the first time, they consistently exclaim, "Wow!" And when we mix in a bit of our Porcini Mushroom-infused extra virgin olive oil, the wows just get louder and louder.
PAIRING SUGGESTIONS:
Sweet and tart are perfectly balanced in this lovely vinegar, and when paired with either our Noccellara or Biancollila Italy extra virgins, the result is refreshing vinaigrette that will wake up any salad. Mix it with our Crushed Rosemary or Basil extra virgins and make a delicious marinade for chicken or fish.
The flavor of ripe peaches complements greens, vegetables, cheeses, apples, peaches, pears and oranges alike. In the summer, try it on grilled peaches or splashed into some sparkling mineral water over ice for a delicious detox drink!
