Its small size and round shape makes our Orecchiette excellent for cold pasta salads featuring chopped vegetables, olives, tomatoes and dressed with our Organic Crushed Herbs de Provence extra virgin olive oil and any of our white balsamic or wine vinegars. Use the Orecchiette with traditional Pugliese sauces as well, like a white sauce using garlic, oil and hot pepper, or a tomato sauce with cauliflower and Pecorino cheese.
