Lovingly grown and picked in Provence, this mix of dried herbs is a must-have for any fish and seafood lover's pantry. The mix is preserved in a plastic bag to ensure freshness, and stored inside the rustic French ceramic jar.

PAIRING SUGGESTIONS:
Our blend of Herbs for Fish is, as its name suggests, the best seasoning blend for cooking seafood. Sprinkle over salmon, halibut or tilapia, grill and finish with a drizzle of our Organic Crushed Pink Grapefruit extra virgin olive oil for a flavorful meal. This blend is also great when cooking shrimp or scallops; saute in butter, season with Herbs for Fish, and finish them off with a drizzle of our Moraiolo Italy extra virgin olive oil, lemon zest and fresh basil-- delicious!
