Our Il Macchiaiolo Corn Penne is a delicious pasta with a polenta-like flavor that requires little other than a tossing together with extra virgin olive oil and Parmigiano, baked with a little more Parmigiano sprinkled atop. It is equally wonderful served in cold dishes as well, such as Corn Pasta Fiesta Salad; add some black beans, chopped bell peppers, sweet corn kernels and toss with some of our Chipotle or Crushed Whole Fruit Lime extra virgin olive oil.
