Description   Our Fusilli Lucani pasta is a unique spin on the traditional fusilli shape. Made by the artisans at the Marella factory in Puglia, Fusilli Lucani are C-shaped tubes that are open along the inside length. Whereas traditional fusilli captures chunks of sauce in its swirls, our Fusilli Lucani captures the sauce in its opening along the inside. The unique processing technique used means that the shape will swell slightly as it cooks, ensuring an even larger vessel for any delicious tomato sauce. Marella uses only Certified Organic, local ingredients to make their pasta creations, making both the quality and the taste exceptional. PAIRING SUGGESTIONS: Our Fusilli Lucani is the best pasta to use with a sauce. We love it with a meat sauce, especially featuring meat like bison or wild boar that have great flavor.
