This beautiful, rare honey is produced by bees feeding on the nectar of delicate blackberry blossoms in a national park in northeast Tuscany. It is deep golden in color, with a deep floral aroma and rich flavor. PAIRING SUGGESTIONS: Because of its thick, creamy consistency, our Blackberry Honey is an excellent choice to spread over toast and pastries in the morning, or over scones and crumpets with a cup of tea in the afternoon. Its rich, sweet flavor also makes it a great choice to sweeten tea or coffee.
