Fabulous black truffle sauce with 10% truffle. Use as a ready to serve pasta sauce, or 1 tablespoon to baste turkey or chicken, add to your omelet, or simply on bread. Made by Fattoria Umbra in Marsciano, Umbria, where black truffle is found.
Suggested use: Use straight over pasta, especially Strangozzi Umbri (see White Pasta section), rice, eggs, or bread.
Ingredients: Mushrooms, extra virgin olive oil, 10% black truffle, spices, salt.
