"Arrabbiata" is Italian for "to get angry," and the great hot red color in this mix reveals its spicy contents! Produced and packaged in the Tuscan coastal town of Castiglione della Pescaia, famous for its salt ponds, this sea salt mix adds great flavor anywhere it is used. A combination of large sea salt crystals and Italian peperoncini, the fiery little Italian chili peppers, this mix is an excellent balance between salt and spice.

Our Arrabbiata Spiced Sea Salt is the perfect seasoning to use when grilling or roasting to add lots of flavor. It is especially tasty on white meats (think flavorful grilled chicken breast!), fish and game, such as wild boar. Add to vegetables that have been tossed in our Grapeseed Oil or Roasted Almond Oil and roast in the oven for a delicious side dish. Finish with any of our spicy olive oils for an extra kick!
