Description   White balsamic vinegars are made by blending fine white wine vinegar with young traditional balsamic vinegar. Our premium white balsamic have the sweetness characteristic of balsamic vinegar and some of the tartness and consistency characteristic of white wine vinegar. Light amber in color, our white balsamic are ideal for use in salads where the qualities of balsamic are desired, but the dark brown color of traditional balsamic is not.
